- Did you wait 24 hours after the app was released and approved in the store?
- Did you import the connectors for all relevant ad networks?
- IMPORTANT: Did you initialize SOOMLA SDK before any ad network initialization?
- Did you filter the dates correctly in the dashboard?
- Did you initialize the SOOMLA SDK properly?
If you answered "YES" for all questions, you can open a support ticket because something is probably wrong.
