Set custom alerts for specific content shown in your app, and get notified by email or Slack when it appears. This way, you know which ads your users are seeing, so you can report problematic creatives to your networks and ensure a positive user experience.
Alerts are sent daily at 9:00AM UTC.
How to set up alerts
To create a new alert, select Alerts from the menu at the top of the Ad Quality platform interface. Go to the Rules tab and select the type of alert you’d like to set up: watchlist or follow list.
Creatives with follow list alerts will include the follow list icon in your Creatives tab, and creatives with watchlist alerts won’t.
Add some basic details for this alert, including which apps you’d like to include, the severity level, and your notification settings. When you’re ready, click Next.
In the Triggers tab, you choose the values that will trigger your alert:
- App
- Developer
- Network
- Category
- Android package name
- App Store ID
- Website
- App Store content rating
- Google Play content rating
- App name contains
- Developer name contains
You can also select the networks and the daily impression threshold that will apply to this rule.
Note: You can create only one rule for each of your apps.
When you’re done, click Submit.
